Refunds and Returns Policy

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us.  Which means we owe you a “Thank You!”  Nothing makes us happier than knowing you took the time to place an order with us, and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing customer experience.  That said, here are some things you might want to know.

• You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
• If your item arrives damaged and you would like a refund, please email us at info@NobleGSD.com
• If you are not satisfied with an item and would like to return or exchange it, within the first 30 days after receipt, please email us at info@NobleGSD.com
